I really enjoyed working with Rob and the team to get into my new Indian Super Chief Limited. Pictured is the model I test rode. Great atmosphere in this shop with lots of great merchandise, parts, and accessories also. Shop smells great, like motors, oil, and leather like a real shop should. There is a decent selection of used bikes. I'll be back here many times I'm sure for upgrades, maintenance and gear. Happy to be doing business with these great people!

Bought my ATV here. A great easy experience. Went above and beyond to help me. 5/5 stars. From the sales rep, who always picks up when I need help to the manager who got my ATV delivered the same day, it's a great place. Had a flat and they fixed it for an agreeable price right away when I spent the entire day looking at other tire change places who wouldn't change an ATV tire even when I had the replacement on hand. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome from the inside of the store to every person that works there. I had a specific project I wanted to have done for my bike (I had never even shopped with American Biker prior). I called around to a few places and was pretty much told that they were out several months on service blah blah the list goes on. I thought what the heck ill throw out a hail mary and give American Biker a call and figured I would get the same treatment especially because I had no prior history with them. HOLY SMOKES WAS I WRONG! I wish I would have called sooner the young man who answered the phone wasn't sure if they would be able to do the work on my bike or take the chance since we were moving up a honda monkey from a 125cc to a 186cc so he said he would check with the owner and get back in touch with me. 5 minutes later I get a call saying absolutely we'll work on your bike. Everything I had a question about each an every person I spoke with was amazing that includes the gal who manages the retail area, the service team, the parts folks. I got the bike back in amazing condition and it was very evident that these guys treated my bike with care (I have about 12k into it so I was worried). The young man who did the work did an amazing job and he's super cool dude at the same time. At the end of the day I can't thank everyone at American Biker enough and if/when I decide to purchase another motorcycle that's where I am going. I would recommend them 100/100 times. Thank you very much! P.S. incase anyone is wondering the bike runs better than it did when I dropped it off!

Own a 2021 Polaris Ranger xp1000 bought at a competitor of American Biker (Velocity on Montevideo). Folks at American Biker are excellent. Take good care of their customers. Service by TJ was spot on. Accurate diagnosis, correct fixes. Not cheap, but cost about as expected. At Velocity Powersports, I felt taken advantage of by service team. I found a much better UTV service place!

I have driven by this place I want stop it until today. I am upset with myself. However today I was going into try to sell them something set up my device and I was very impressed on the less. This store is immaculate amazing amazing place Associatessrr very very nice, professional with playful happy deamenors, enough so that I would definitely buy from this shop before any other I have visited. I highly recommend that if your interested or going to purchase a motorcycle that before you ho to any Harley or Honda place that you go first to this place and look at there beautiful Indians . You will not be disappointed..

We went today and was met by a very young girl. She was nice, but was not very knowledgeable regarding their products. She would answer, “so, uhm..” then she would refer to Indian’s website and say we can order. We live in Ga and looking for a trade in and deal..she gave us no incentive to want to do business there. We alway get a Tshirt, but I was so disappointed, I didn’t want to advertise for them. She is nice, please don’t get me wrong, but needs more education
